Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rosewild. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we're here to help.
Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or store credit.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags still attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at stoneandbloomcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
